Al palato è equilibrato, con un'ottima acidità. Vino dal corpo pieno e dal tannino vellutato.Il Brunello di Montalcino DOCG del Podere Brizio nasce da vigneti situati a sud-ovest di Montalcino, rivolti verso il mare e la Maremma. Qui il suolo è composto di arenarie e marne rocciose e consente la nascita di vini dall'ottima struttura, come quella di questo Brunello. Vino intenso ed elegante, affinato prima in botti grandi di rovere francese per 38 mesi e poi in bottiglia per 7 mesi, seduce per la sua fine complessità.
Ottimo in accompagnamento ad arrosti misti, carni brasate e cacciagione, si sposa bene anche con formaggi ben stagionati.

This clutch was very nice and classy-perfect for a gala I was attending. However I never got to use it because within 5 min of opening the package my cat ate the bottom corners off. So apparently he really liked it too. 5 stars for purse. 0 stars for cat.
