Een flanellen overhemd gemaakt zoals het vroeger werd gemaakt. De Lot 3104 van Warehouse wordt in Japan geweven op traditionele mechanische weefgetouwen, waardoor de stof de natuurlijke onregelmatigheid van slubgaren behoudt—iets wat moderne hoogspanningsweefgetouwen meestal gladstrijken.

Door gebruik te maken van ongelijkmatig garen, vergelijkbaar met vintage flanel, ontwikkelt de stof een diepere textuur met subtiele variaties door het hele oppervlak. De twillbinding, gecombineerd met zorgvuldig gecontroleerde lage spanning, geeft het overhemd zowel structuur als karakter.
