Wijnhuis Tiefenbrunner heeft zich bij alle wijnen toegelegd op kwaliteit en het produceren van een wijn die typisch is voor de druif en voor de wijngaard. Christophe Tiefenbrunner begon in 1991 en heeft de wijngaarden flink gemoderniseerd en het wijnmaken geperfectioneerd. Het is een wijnhuis met een gemoedelijke sfeer. De welbekende Zuid-Tiroler sfeer wel te verstaan. Het prachtige wijnhuis blijft ook een heerlijke plek te zijn om als toerist even neer te strijken voor het consumeren van een uitzonderlijke wijn. Tiefenbrunner heeft een groot assortiment en daarom is hier voor iedere wijndrinker wel een geschikte wijn te vinden. De Pinot Nero druif wordt in het wijngebied Alto Adige steeds populairder. Niets vreemds, want over de hele wereld zijn liefhebbers op zoek naar mooie Pinot Nero. Hier is deze druif perfect op zijn plek, omdat er genoeg hogere wijngaarden zijn. De koelte is hierbij van groot belang. Bij deze rode wijn is gekozen voor een blend van twee wijngaarden. Een hoge wijngaard, op maar liefst 800 tot 850 meter hoogte voor de frisheid, met een wijngaard op 400 tot 550 meter, voor meer kracht en structuur. De hooggelegen wijngaard, in Kurtatsch, heeft een hoog gehalte aan kalk, en dat zorgt voor de zuren in deze wijn. Een slimme keuze, want het levert een wijn op met meer complexiteit. Na de maceratie in de roestvrijstalen tank vinden de biologische zuurafbraak en een rijping van acht maanden in grote en kleine houten vaten plaats, om hem een mooie complexiteit en diepgang te geven, zonder al te veel houtaroma.Hoe smaakt de Tiefenbrunner Turmhof Blauburgunder Pinot Nero?
De kleur is fantastisch, diep rood met een oranje gloed. De geur is echt om uren aan te ruiken, rood fruit, lichte kruiden en een beetje vanille. Maar eigenlijk te veel om op te noemen. De rijkheid zet zich door in de smaak mist u hem op de juist temperatuur drinkt, ongeveer 16 graden is helemaal top. Dan heeft hij in de smaak mooie fruit tonen van kers en bes maar ook een beetje ceder, peper en nootmuskaat.Shipping Notes

Covers lots of important topics

12 Universal Skills by Peter Scheele and Nina Bech-Andersen is one of those books that comes across as something that should be taught in a college level classroom. If I was going to rename the book, I would call it How to Work With People. This is a general skill that we never really learn much about, but so much of our lives both professionally and personally are based around this idea. Some of the topics included here are how to solve conflicts with others, how to manage your time, and how to work as part of a team. These are skills that we are expected to practice as we make our way through school, but are never truly taught to us making them areas of weakness that need to be addressed. If you are starting a career, just getting out of school, or are simply looking for ways to improve yourself then this is a a great read for you.
