Uno dei vini pi noti delle Cantine Lungarotti, il Rubesco, nasce grazie a un sapiente taglio di sangiovese e, in minima parte, colorino, variet coltivate nella zona di Torgiano da sempre.

Rosso rubino, al naso esprime profumi tipicamente speziati con decisi richiami al pepe e al tabacco dolce e sottofondo di confettura rossa e violetta. Al palato è di piacevole bevibilità, ha buona concentrazione, tannino maturo e armonico con lungo retrogusto fruttato.

Uno dei vini più noti delle Cantine Lungarotti, il Rubesco, nasce grazie a un sapiente taglio di sangiovese e, in minima parte, colorino, varietà coltivate nella zona di Torgiano da sempre. Un rosso fresco e articolato, capace di andare incontro ai gusti più diversi grazie a un invidiabile equilibrio e profumi fragranti e accattivanti. Vinificato in acciaio e lasciato maturare per un anno in botte grande, nel bicchiere spicca per immediatezza e per armonia. Il nome Rubesco è un marchio di fantasia, derivante dal verbo latino rubescere, arrossire: un significato perciò gioioso. In etichetta un bassorilievo raffigurante la vendemmia, particolare della Fontana Maggiore di Perugia, la più bella fontana di piazza del XIII secolo.

A tutto pasto, è ottimo con pasta e risotti, barbecue, arrosti di carne bianca e rossa e formaggi.
