De Brut Rosé van Allée Bleue wordt gemaakt van Pinot Noir (58%) en Pinotage (42%). Het resultaat is een zeer feestelijke, maar ook vooral smakelijke Brut Rosé.
Als aperitief, maar ook in combinatie met visgerechten.

Druivensoorten:  58% Pinot Noir; 42% pinotage

Wijnstijl: MCC Methode Cap Classic

Vinificatie:  Gemaakt volgens de "methode traditionel". De wijn is een blend van de cuvee's (eerste persing), Pinot Noir en Pinotage. De wijn rijpt na de tweede gisting 18 maanden op de lie en ontwikkelt zo delicate brioche-smaken.

Rijping:  Eerst in RVS tanks, daarna 18 maanden rijping op de fles.

Opmerkingen van de wijnmaker:  Een frisse en levendige MCC vol met smaken van aardbeien, rozenblaadjes en suikerspin. Het palet is schoon en verfrissend met een enorme balans en pittige mineraliteit. Een geweldige mousserende wijn voor speciale vrienden en speciale momenten in het leven.
