De beste plekken om magnesium op te nemen zijn de voeten, de oksels en de buikstreek. Maar als u last heeft van kramp of gespannen spieren dan is het ook verstandig de plek zelf te behandelen.

Ingrediënten (INCI)
31% magnesiumchloride, aqua.
Gebruik
Gebruik dagelijks 15 tot 20 sprays (ca. 200 mg, de helft van de dagelijkse behoefte). Laat het minimaal 10 minuten inwerken. Daarna afspoelen indien gewenst. Een lichte tinteling en een warm gevoel zijn normaal en duiden erop dat het magnesium wordt opgenomen. Uw huid wordt aangenaam soepel en u kunt nagenieten van de totale ontspanning.
Tip: als de huid warm is (bv na het douchen of na inspanning) bevordert dit de opname sterk. Vermijd contact met uw ogen of open wondjes, dit kan een bijtend gevoel geven.

Looks very good quality to me.

Everything looks good quality to me. I find it odd that the people leaving bad reviews with pictures of broken and melted impeller, when you can clearly see the brass on the inside is brown and dirty like old pennies and mine is shiny new. It's almost like the took the pictures of the ones they replaced to get a refund and a free repair kit.
