Deze motor is een 40 / 70 pk uitvoering wat betekent dat op de motorkap 40 PK staat, maar het in werkelijkheid een 4 cilinder 70 PK is.
Deze (voor o.a. de Italiaanse markt bestemde) originele 70 PK motor is van de fabriek af begrensd op 40 PK omdat in Italie een vaarbewijsplicht is voor motoren boven de 40 PK.
Nadat wij de begrenzing hebben verwijderd is het dus een originele 70 PK motor.
Een originele 40 PK Yamaha is een 3 cilinder en een originele 70 PK Yamaha is altijd een 4 cilinder 16 kleppen motor.

Allernieuwste model 2026 met brandstof injectie, powertrim, trollingfunctie en elektrische start.

Motor wordt geleverd met het nieuwste type 703 afstandsbediening, nieuw type digitale LAN toerental / trimmeter en propeller.
De trolling wordt bedient via de toerental/trimmeter.
Uiteraard wordt alle bekabeling, brandstofslang en de 4 motor bevestigingsbouten meegeleverd.
