Het zijn gekartelde messen gemaakt van Cromargan roestvrij staal die door (dikgesneden) vlees als boter glijdt. Ze hebben een lengte van 23 cm en kunnen uiteraard in de vaatwasser worden gereinigd. Voor de Nuova-collectie creëerde ontwerper Jutta Keil speciaal bestek voor culinaire momenten. Van het brunchmes tot de taartscheppen - een bestekassortiment voorelke gelegenheid. Eierlepels voor zachtgekookte eieren, een lasagneschep voor stevige pasta, espresso en latte macchiato lepels voor Italiaanse koffiespecialiteiten.  Het bestek is gemaakt van gepolijst Cromargan® roestvrij staal 18/10 en dankzij hun slanke, tijdloze ontwerp passen ze goed bij elk servies WMF Nuova bestekartikelen zijn los of als set verkrijgbaar en kunnen in de vaatwasser worden gereinigd.
