Barkruk Elise is een trendy barkruk gemaakt van eco-leer en zwart metaal. De Elise heeft een zithoogte van 79 cm, is 180 graden draaibaar en is gemakkelijk aan te schuiven aan een bartafel of kookeiland. Met een zithoogte van 79 cm is deze barkruk ideaal voor bartafels en keukeneilanden met een hoogte tussen de 105 en 110 cm.

De Elise is een stoere barkruk dankzij de leren look. De barkruk is ook verkrijgbaar in verschillende stofsoorten en kleuren.

Materiaal zitting
De zitting van barkruk Elise is gemaakt van gerecycled leder, dit wordt ook wel eco-leer genoemd. Het betreft een combinatie van leer (70%) wat over is van leerproducties en wordt gecombineerd met polyester (30%). Hierdoor ontstaat een nieuw materiaal: gerecycled leer of ook wel eco-leer genoemd. Doordat beide materialen worden gemixt bij de productie, is het mogelijk om een eigen print op het materiaal aan te brengen. Hierdoor heeft dit gerecycled leer een hele stoere uitstraling. Bij deze bekleding is er voor gekozen om een volledige vintage look te creëren, waarbij lijkt dat het materiaal al een tijd in gebruik is geweest. Het voordeel aan gerecycled leer is dat het veel gemakkelijker te onderhouden is dan volledig leer.

Materiaal frame
Het frame van de barkruk is gemaakt van zwart metaal. Dit draagt bij aan de stevigheid en zorgt voor een stoere, industriële look.

Montage
De barkruk is zeer eenvoudig te monteren door middel van enkele schroeven.

One of the common flaws of single width strips is the inability to accommodate more than 1 adapter unless you want to waste the sockets as the adapter obstructs/covers the adjacent sockets. This one has 2 rows with sockets at 90 degrees. As such, adapters face outward and do not obstruct adjacent sockets. Well made and sturdy, typical of APC quality. Hopefully the surge protection won't be tested but gives you peace of mind to know that all plugged in devices are protected. I have it mounted under my office desk using the mounting holes at the back. Great value for the money.

I somehow didn't notice it had phone jacks on the end of it before I ordered, but this was the only/cheapest option I could find that had a flat plug, and a 6 foot cord, and was a surge protector, AND had indicator lights for protection at least (this additonally has a light for ungrounded). I feel like, what's the point in having a surge protector if it can't tell you whether it's protecting you or not? I needed the flat plug to fit behind a door that remains open fully and has my outlet behind it as a result. Perfect. I don't and probably will never have a use for the phone jacks. It came with a sticker over them which I will just leave for now. But this fit the bill of all other criteria. I guess the 5th criteria was a "known brand" - I didn't want some cheap "travel surge protector" by an unknown company. Belkin, Tripp Lite, APC...don't risk your expensive electronics. I also got a few of the Amazon Basics ones to put around the house and replace the power taps we were using. But they don't have flat plugs.

Works and Mounts Nicely

I wanted to get one of these so I could use it to plug in all of my electronics that I use in my office desk (pretty typical). The desk is in the middle of the room though, so it made it all that much more important that I could "hide" this inside of the desk. It was a little difficult to figure out where to put the screws so they correctly lined up with the holes in the back of the device, but after a couple of tries, got it to work. It does occassionally fall down. It would be really nice if there were additional holes in the back of the item so you could put 4+ screws into the surge protector so it has the ability to hold up all of the heavy plug in's that are on the market today. The cord being 12' long was GREAT! This was really the reason that I purchased this model. It eliminates the need to plug this item into an extension cord, which was key. It's been a good item. Nothing special, but how special can surge protectors get? The 12' cord is great, the item is sturdy and I have been very happy.
