Over de wijn

Een generieke Chardonnay is, mits gemaakt door een goede producent, zeker géén zwaktebod. Je ziet ze niet vaak, maar hier is het raak! Gemaakt van gevarieerde biologisch verbouwde wijngaarden met diverse bodemsamenstellingen van de Chablis tot aan de Maconnais. Allemaal "vielles vignes” wijnstokken en op z'n klassiek bourgondisch op eik uitgebouwd. De neus is eerlijk en openhartig met appel, peer, witte bloemen, en een amandelspijs gevuld bladerdeeg broodje. Verleidelijk maar oprecht. Velours textuur met een evenwichtige zuurgraad. Alles mooi uitgebalanceerd. Na enkele jaren rijping word je hier erg blij van.
