Assaggio cremoso, sontuoso, elegante e marcatamente fresco.L’eleganza dello chardonnay unita alla forza del pinot nero in questo magnifico Trento Brut Riserva DOC “Redor” 2010. Prodotto a partire da una vinificazione in bianco con pressatura soffice delle uve e fermentazione dei mosti sia in acciaio che in piccolo legno. In primavera, lenta presa di spuma e successiva permanenza sui lieviti per ben 80 mesi. Segue remuage e sboccatura con aggiunta del liqueur d’expédition. La personale interpretazione della Cantina Rotaliana di uno spumante di montagna capace di esprimersi attraverso un riuscito mix di potenza e raffinatezza.

So good for soap notes!

I wish I could have gotten this sooner when we had to write soap notes. It explains the illness, symptoms, tests, treatments, referrals and follow ups. I got it used and it came in great condition. Would definitely buy again!

I’m an FNP student and I love this. Great for hw and clinicals. Although I don’t take it to clinicals because it’s on the bigger and heavier side, but I do use it when I’m puzzled on a patient once I get home.
