La bocca prosegue sui binari dellolfatto, svelandosi equilibrata, di buona struttura, persistente e scorrevole nella beva.Dalla più classica delle tradizioni vinicole del Piemonte nasce questo Dolcetto dAlba, della cantina Cascina Sòt, ottenuto da uve di dolcetto vinificate in purezza e lavorate esclusivamente in acciaio. Imbottigliato la primavera successiva alla vendemmia, preserva meravigliosamente i toni primari e varietali del frutto, rivalendosi di facile beva, ma dimostrandosi nel contempo anche appagante e gratificante.
Ideale a tutto pasto con le preparazioni della cucina di terra, è ottimo anche con i formaggi. Da provare con il Bra tenero.

Almost the perfect travel shoe. Goes well with both casual and formal attire. Walked like a million steps with this in Japan, SEA, etc. only thing it probably can't do is probably hiking.
