Want hij bracht verandering in de oude tradities van het wijngebied Langhe, namelijk met een nieuwe stijl Barbera.

Hij koos ervoor om wijn technieken anders te doen en dat bracht het wijnhuis veel lof. Vandaag de dag wordt de techniek van Giacomo veel toegepast en hij word dan ook de Barbera-koning van Piemonte genoemd.De beste wijn van Monferrato heuvel
De druiven zjn afkomstig van de wijngaarden gelegen op de heuvels van Monferrato. Il Bacialé is Piemontees dialect voor de 'matchmaker' die vroeger leden van vooraanstaande families bij elkaar gebracht. Net als deze wijn, waar Barbera een perfect huwelijk aangaat met andere druiven. De druiven Barbera, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot en Pinot Noir worden apart van elkaar geoogst en gelagerd op eiken houten vaten. Er wordt voor deze rode wijn gebruik gemaakt van grote en kleine houten vaten om deze Il Baciale meer diepgang te geven. Nou dat is gelukt en na de twaalf maanden durende hout lagering ondergaat hij ook nog een fles lagering van zes maanden. Het resultaat een perfecte rode wijn van de heuvels van Monferrato.Vol en zeer krachtig deze Braida Il Baciale Monferrato
In het glas kleurt hij robijn rood en zien we een dikke structuur. We nemen ons glas en walsen het grondig om alle geuren vrij te krijgen. We noteerden indrukken van zwarte bessen, pruimen en wat peper en kaneel. De smaak is stevig en complex met een diepe brede smaak. De tong wordt verwend met zwart fruit maar ook lichte kruiden. De mooie zachte tannines geven de afdronk die we willen, lang en rijp.Shipping Notes

More soft than firm

Not firm but more soft, would I be returning probably not but if you were already on the fence this is your confirmation that it’s not as described, ( well to my standards at least ) it does feel of good quality but I was looking more a sturdy firm that soft and cushion feeling .

Best fluffy but firm pillows

These pillows are worth every penny! They started off pretty flat but after three days they plumped up well. In addition to them being plump, they are also firm. Exactly what I was looking for. You can shake up the internal stuffing if you want them softer too. They were a bit pricey but I’m going to repurchase and replace all my home pillows with these. I do sleep hot and the cooling side is perfect to lay on. Kept me cool and comfortable. I haven’t had any neck or back pain after switching to these pillows too. Absolutely recommend these for your home. The photo shows how full the pillows are. I have four pillows in the picture plus two smaller other brands. These are definitely fluffier.

Queen size set of 2 pillows, I'm giving it 5stars first bc it has a good length and width!! If you've ever bought memory foam pillows before you know some are small!! Anyways after having it for 5nights, we loved that me and my huddy could adjust the Thickness amount we had in it to our needs, me needing a thick pillow and my husband needing a flatter one. So this was perfect for that. So far its nice to sleep on, stays cool, doesnt get hot. I would say its on the frimer side but softer the more foam you take out! Really its just good for the amount you spend!! Will it last 10years probably not but what does now a days. This is the only time my huddy n I bought the same pillow and both love it so I'm just still in shock it worked out so well!!

Adjustable pillows

I love these because they don't go flat. You can pull out whatever you need to make them comfy for you. They come in two different layers. So you have that protective cover over the main case that holds the memory foam. They're amazing to sleep on. I have had these last for years without going flat. If you hate flat pillows this is the way to go. They are very easy to wash. You just have to separate layers. They are very thick, you can adjust the thickness. Everyone in my house has at least one. They are worth the money. I have never had to replace them, because they went flat.
