Heerlijk, lange en uitgebalanceerde afdronk.

Deze klasse chardonnay is van veel markten thuis. De combinatie van diepere romige tonen en verfijnde, elegante en levendige, minerale tonen laten zich combineren met een breed scala aan gerechten. Kreeft, King krab en ander lekkers uit de zee voelen zich als een vis in het water bij zijn mineraal en ziltig karakter maar ook gevogelte en ander wit vlees kan hij makkelijk aan. gebakken of gegrilde vis met een sausje ... Geen probleem!

Klimaat:
Darling beschikt over een steppeklimaat met zeer weinig jaarlijkse regen. Microklimaten door ligging tegen de Oceaan of op hoogte bieden meer afkoeling tijdens de nacht en de winter met meer neerslag.

Ondergrond:
Hutton: Verweerde bodems van graniet die slecht waterdoorlatend zijn en rijk aan klei. Het is een rode bodem.

Vinificatie:
De druiven worden met de hand geplukt met een interludium van 2 à 3 weken te wijten aan de verschillende microklimaten. 50% vd Chardonnay gaat in inox vaten voor levendigheid en vers fruit. 30% op houten vaten voor diepgang en 20% in Amfora's op zijn fijne droesem voor elegantie en romigheid en dit om een zo breed mogelijke gelaagdheid te creëren. Na 6 maanden rust op zijn fijne droesem wordt de wijn geblend en gebotteld.

Hotel like pillow

Very soft, not firm at all
This pillow is very floppy and not firm at all. It is quite large and I was surprised at the size. My dog has taken a liking to it and decided it's now her new dig bed, which is fine by me, because it's really too soft for my liking. If you like soft pillows then this is for you. If you require something with a bit more support then you won't enjoy this pillow.
