"Wurly Grinder Stereo" electric piano overdrive,The electric piano overdrive you’ve been waiting for, only now it is in Stereo! Smooth and tube-like, it was designed to make your Wurly samples sound like the real thing, your Wurlitzer 200 sound like a Wurlitzer 100, and make your Rhodes bark like a Suitcase model!

The Wurly Grinder Stereo was designed to give tube-like grit and realism to modeled and sampled electric piano sounds. The stereo operation makes it ideal for digital pianos and stereo keyboard workstations.

It is a pair of gain staged preamps with Germanium diodes. The onset of overdrive is gradual as it adds compression and 2nd order harmonics. The lively top end adds a little sparkle.

How does it differ from the Organ Grinder? Wurly Grinder Stereo has a tighter bottom end, with a frequency response better tailored for Electric Piano.

The Wurly Grinder Stereo adds a ton of character to electric piano sounds, and adds a dynamic playability that makes it play and feel like the real thing!

From Greg:
“Like all Lounsberry Pedals it sounds and plays more like an amp than a pedal, bringing to mind the tube power amp section of an overdriven electromechanical piano. As it easily adds high end sparkle, the Wurly Grinder Stereo also sounds awesome with guitar and other instruments. It is the ultimate way to add authenticity to sampled and modeled electric piano sounds” – Greg Lounsberry, Lounsberry Pedals

ABOUT GAIN STAGING:
Discrete preamps provide gain in several stages, so that a lot of what happens to provide the right amounts of drive and compression in a preamp is determined by how many discrete stages are employed, and their levels, determining how the stages interact.

TOP REASONS TO BUY:
Uncannily natural sounding Electric Piano enhancement
Works great with digital keyboards, samples, and real electromechanical instruments
Adds 2nd order harmonics and compresses like a real tube circuit
Discrete Analog circuit – No ICs or Surface Mounted components
Excellent stereo overdrive for keyboard workstations, digital guitar and other instruments
True Bypass – 9V Battery Included

Designed and built in Smithsburg, Maryland, the Gear Grinder pedal is shipping now.

Great quality, fun design.
Color: No Stuffing Blue Eel
Wonderfully durable.. We have a 3 y/o australian kelpey and a 2 y/o pitty.. both are incredibly playful and tear up toys like nobody's business. A lot of the time under a day.. We're on day three with this eel, they love it and its holding firm (no tears or missing pieces). Squeakers are their favorite and these ones are perfect ( prominent but not too loud)

Sturdy
Color: No Stuffing Blue Eel
It’s has held up pretty good for my aggressive chewer dog. She typically tore these types of toys apart immediately. One of the ears she pulled off right away but the toy itself has stayed intakes (so far). It keeps her occupied long enough and she drags it everywhere with her.

size is small
Color: No Stuffing Blue Eel
Smaller than I anticipated but my dog enjoys it. After 3 days it is already getting ripped a little bit where the treats get hidden so not sure how long it will last. My dog is about 40 lbs.

5 Star Product vs. Destroyer of All Toys for Dogs
Style: Squirrel
Hey, just wanted to check in and let you know we got the product, it's exactly as it was described. Any other dog would have had this toy for years. Our dog bit the leg off and found both squeakers free of the toy within 10 minutes of having it unsupervised. He really is a good boy, and you make a really good product. He just has this super power to demolish ANY toy that's made for an "aggressive chewer". It was worth the shot!
