De DDPai Z50 2CH 4K Wifi GPS dashcam 2CH is highend dashcam met uitstekende specificaties. Hij filmt met zeer scherpe Ultra 4K 3840p aan de voorkant en FullHD 1080p aan de achterkant. Verder is hij uitgerust met Wifi en GPS. Op het heldere 2.3 inch LCD scherm is het menu bovendien eenvoudig te bedienen en kun je gemaakte opnames makkelijk terugzien.

4K + FullHD video's

De beeldkwaliteit op deze DDPai Z50 1CH Dual 4K Wifi GPS is zeer goed door het gebruik van de hoogwaardige Sony IMX415 8.0MP beeldsensor. De resolutie kan op verschillende resoluties worden ingesteld, waaronder Ultra 4K (3840p x 2160p) @ 25fps of op QuadHD (2880p×1620p)@ 30fps. Ook bij donkere omstandigheden presteert de beeldsensor bovengemiddeld goed. Foto's maakt de camera in 1600p. De achter camera filmt altijd in FullHD 1080p resolutie in 25fps.

DDPai Wifi

Deze DDPai Z50 2CH 4K Wifi GPS dashcam is uitgerust met Wifi en kan daarom met de DDPai app worden gebruikt. De gebruiksvriendelijke app is handig te bedienen en kan worden gebruikt om live of opgeslagen beelden te bekijken en om instellingen te wijzigen. Ook eventuele firmware updates kunnen handig via de App worden uitgevoerd.

Ingebouwde GPS

De DDPai Z50 2CH 4K Wifi GPS dashcam heeft GPS ingebouwd, hierdoor worden de locaties van de plekken waar is gefilmd opgeslagen en wordt de actuele snelheid onderin beeld weergegeven. Met de speciale software van DDPai kunnen bovendien op de PC de gereden routes worden bekeken.

Automatische Time Lapse parking mode

De DDPai Z50 2CH 4K Wifi GPS dashcam heeft een handige automatische parkeerstand waarmee de auto kan worden beveiligd wanneer deze geparkeerd staat. De parkeerstand wordt automatisch geactiveerd wanneer gedurende 15 minuten geen beweging wordt waargenomen. De parkeerstand werkt met Time Lapse, dit betekent dat elke seconde een foto wordt gemaakt die later als versnelde video kunnen worden afgespeeld. Het voordeel van een parkeerstand met Time Lapse is dat de opnames veel minder data en stroom verbruiken dan normale opnames. Bovendien worden personen en kentekens alsnog herkenbaar in beeld gebracht.

Een andere handige functie van de parkeerstand bij deze DDPai Z50 is de voice alert die je waarschuwt wanneer tijdens het parkeren een aanrijding heeft plaatsgevonden.

Let op: De (automatische) parkeerstand werkt alleen in combinatie met de optionele DDPai USBC Continue voeding (zie accessoires) om de dashcam te voorzien van stroom bij een uitgeschakeld contact.

Super capacitor batterij

De DDPai Z50 2CH 4K Wifi GPS dashcam is uitgerust met een super capacitor batterij. Deze batterij zorgt ervoor dat de camera zich na het wegvallen van de stroom op de juiste manier kan afsluiten. Super capacitor batterijen zijn speciaal ontwikkeld voor het gebruik in dashcams omdat ze duurzamer zijn dan reguliere Polymeer Liion batterijen en bovendien beter bestand zijn tegen hoge en lage temperaturen.

WDR

De DDPai Z50 2CH 4K Wifi GPS dashcam is uitgerust met WDR (Wide Dynamic Range) om de beeldkwaliteit te verbeteren. Vooral in omstandigheden bij erg veel of erg weinig licht zorgt WDR ervoor dat de beeldkwaliteit toch goed is. 

140˚ + 125˚ wideview lens

Deze DDPai Z50 2CH 4K Wifi GPS dashcam heeft een groothoeklens van 140 graden aan de voorkant en 125˚ aan de achterkant. Hierdoor wordt een zeer groot gebied waargenomen, niet alleen vóór de auto maar ook in de omgeving. Door het aspect ratio van 16:10 wordt de kijkhoek bovendien nog groter dan bij andere dashcams met een ratio van bijvoorbeeld 3:4.

128gb ondersteuning

De DDPai Z50 2CH 4K Wifi GPS dashcam ondersteunt MicroSD kaarten tot 128gb, goed voor ruim 16 uur FullHD opnames.

Auto start

De DDPai Z50 2CH 4K Wifi GPS dashcam dashcam begint automatisch te filmen wanneer de auto wordt gestart en stopt met filmen wanneer de auto wordt uitgezet. Je hoeft er dus niet meer naar om te kijken als hij in de auto hangt. 

Gsensor

Door de ingebouwde Gsensor merkt de dashcam wanneer je een ongeluk hebt gehad. Bij een impact worden beelden automatisch beveiligd opgeslagen zodat ze niet meer verloren gaan. Ze kunnen niet meer overschreven worden en ook niet via de dashcam worden verwijderd.

Low Voltage cutoff protection

De DDPai Z50 2CH 4K Wifi GPS dashcam heeft in combinatie met de DDPai Z50 2CH 4K Wifi GPS dashcam continue voeding de optie om een voltage in te stellen waarbij de dashcam uitschakelt wanneer de accu van de auto onder dit voltage komt. Het voltage is in te stellen op 12.4V, 12.0V en 11.8V.

Ingebouwde microfoon

De DDPai Z50 2CH 4K Wifi GPS dashcam heeft een ingebouwde microfoon zodat ook geluid wordt opgenomen. De microfoon kan desgewenst ook worden uitgezet.

Datum en tijdsregistratie

De actuele tijd en datum worden altijd in beeld weergegeven zodat later kan worden aangetoond op welke tijd de betreffende opnames zijn gemaakt.

Wrong item ships/decent pillow/price unjustified

Sent me the wrong pillow twice in a row. It said high loft and standard loft on the packing, not sure what the problem is. I ordered standard loft both times, and both times they sent high loft. That name is very deceiving though. If what I have is high loft, the standard loft wouldn’t be much thicker than your standard flat down pillow. If you’d like any sort of neck support I’d suggest starting with the high loft and going down instead of the other way around. I am 5’ 7” 130lbs and this pillow does not lift my neck up further than neutral, which is a good thing. Shredded memory foam pillows are significantly higher or thicker if that helps. Pillow itself grew on me. You can definitely feel that there is a different material in the center of the pillow. I ordered it as a gift and ended up keeping both pillows. The price tag on this item is absolutely outrageous. I would have never ordered it for myself. Saatva products don’t last in my experience, we got their firmest mattress and within 2 years it was sagging horribly. I am interested to see how long this pillow lasts!

Mixed Feelings on the Saatva Pillow - A Comprehensive Review

Updated Edit (June 2024) : In my quest to find the perfect pillow, I initially purchased the high loft version of this pillow, but it turned out to be a bit too high for my liking. I then decided to try the standard size, and I like it much better! The pillow can still get lumpy and requires fluffing, but opting for the standard lower loft has definitely improved my experience with it. While I still use this pillow occasionally, I generally stick with my Purple Harmony pillow more. Changing my rating to 4 stars. --- Background: Over the past 2 years, I have embarked on a journey to find the perfect pillow, testing over ten different options, including numerous high-end brands. My latest trial was the Saatva pillow, renowned for its rave reviews. Expectations vs. Reality: Despite its widespread acclaim, my experience with the Saatva pillow did not meet my expectations. I opted for the higher loft variant, aligning with my general preference, yet I found it too high of a lot even as a primary side sleeper. Material and Comfort: The Saatva pillow, composed of both latex and down alternative, presented a lumpy texture. This inconsistency resulted in varied support depending on the position of my head. Unlike my regular down alternative pillow, the Saatva required frequent re-fluffing and adjusting throughout the night. Comparison and Value: Considering its price and the overwhelming number of positive reviews, my disappointment was notable. Surprisingly, a more affordable down alternative pillow from Amazon outperformed the Saatva in terms of support and comfort, despite the latter's use of higher quality fabrics and its significantly higher cost. Final Verdict: This pillow was one of the last in my quest to discover the "best" pillow. Sadly, it ranks in the lower ranks among the high-end, expensive pillows I've tried. I preferred the Purple Harmony pillow over the Saatva, albeit with reservations about the Purple Harmony as well. Conclusion: The Saatva pillow, while undoubtedly high-quality and possessing comfortable aspects, did not live up to my expectations, landing it in my pile of unused pillows. I ordered the loftier version of the pillow and I love it! I'm a side sleeper and I've been having pillow issues over the last few years where I swear every pillow is either too tall, too thin, too soft to provide support, to firm and hurts my ears, or the stuffing is too slick or something and migrates away from wherever I put my head. It's been... A time. But this pillow has been wonderful! I've been using it for a couple weeks now and it's the perfect height for me! The latex inner chamber provides some much needed support, but the softer outer chamber gives me enough cushion to keep my ears from aching. I will say that, while this is the perfect height for me, personally, I think that if you're someone who prefers a pretty lofty pillow, that this might not be tall enough for you. I ordered the taller version, and it feels right for me, but I've noticed in my pillow buying extravaganza that even pillows that everyone else loves that are designed for side sleepers are usually just too tall for me. So if this pillow is right for me, and you prefer a pretty lofty pillow, I really bet that this won't be tall enough in that case. It's definitely more of a medium loft, rather than a very high loft

I have to testify about this pillow, my brothers and sisters. Ever since I hit my 30s, my body has gone down. Aches and pains. Pops. Crackles. Snaps. It’s ridiculous. Over the last 2 years, I have managed to injure a muscle in my shoulder and the pain is unbearable when it is inflamed. I finally narrowed it down to the pillow I was sleeping on. I have an attachment to a pillow I’ve owned for over 20 years - that’s another story. I could fold it 3 times and it was finally thick enough to support my head. My shoulder got so tore up recently that I had to go through 2 rounds of steroids plus round the clock ibuprofen. Waking up in the night, the whole ordeal. I ordered this pillow after much research all over the internet. I was appalled by the $165 price ticket. But when you’re in that level of pain, you’re just about willing to do whatever it takes. The first night I immediately noticed I got more consecutive hours of sleep than I had in weeks. A week later and my shoulder is pain free. I could’ve cried. The height of this pillow stabilizes my neck and shoulders perfectly. It is firm, but gives and contours to your neck and head. It’s a heavy pillow but I don’t even care. Truly I don’t think I’ll ever go back. This pillow has saved my shoulder and I’ll never stop thanking God for it. If you’re experiencing back, shoulder, or neck pain and are considering this pillow, just order it. Please. Just do it. I’m forever changed. But I’m still keeping 20 year old pillow… just for sentimental purposes. 😂
