Aloxe-Corton Les Valozieres Premier Cru is een prachtig complexe Bourgogne die de elegantie en de ingetogen de kracht van de wijnen van Sylvain Loichet laat zien. Het heeft een geur van kleine rode en zwarte bessen zoals aardbei, framboos en zwarte bes, vol kruiden en tonen van viooltjes. In de mond heeft het een mooie concentratie in combinatie met fijne en delicate tannines. De wijn eindigt met een prachtige fluweelachtige afdronk.
De wijngaard Aloxe-Corton Les Valozieres ligt aan de voet van Mont Cotron. Hier worden voornamelijk Grands Crus geproduceerd. De wijnstokken zijn 60 jaar oud. Nadat de druiven handmatig geoogst zijn, worden de druiven in taps toelopende houten vaten overgebracht. Hier wordt een koude maceratie uitgevoerd gedurende een week waarna de fermentatie op natuurlijke wijze begint. Na het persen worden de wijnen in eikenhouten vaten geplaatst voor een periode van ongeveer 24 maanden. Na rijping worden de wijnen gebotteld door zwaartekracht zonder klaring of filtratie.
6 tot 8 jaar te bewaren mits het bewaard wordt in de juiste condities.

Fits true to size. A little snug at first but the fabric eases up and relaxes as you wear it. And that’s true for the cups too. It loses its firm hold as you wear it. Don’t size up if it’s tight at first. For summer, its a very cooling lightweight sling. The fabric is sleek, smooth and cooling. (Not peached or padded) Doesnt offer much lift or shaping, but good enough for cooling comfort.
