Over de auteurs:
MICHÈLE MOREL is aspirant-onderzoeker van het Fonds voor Wetenschappelijk Onderzoek Vlaanderen aan de Faculteit Rechtsgeleerdheid van de UGent.
CEDRIC RYNGAERT is docent internationaal recht aan de K.U.Leuven en hoofddocent internationaal recht aan de Universiteit Utrecht. Hij is ook ondervoorzitter van de Vereniging voor de Verenigde Naties (VVN).
