One of my favorite features is the adjustable shredded memory foam fill, which allows you to customize the loft and firmness by adding or removing foam to suit your sleeping preferences. As both a side and back sleeper, I found it incredibly comfortable and supportive. The overall quality is excellent, from the materials used in the pillow itself to the thoughtful packaging.
