Why do we use this product?

• This tender and succulent striploin steak, also known as the sirloin or Ambassador Steak, comes from certified organic, grass-fed, free-range excellent quality beef. It's natural and sustainable, low in saturated fat, high in vitamins and always Ultra-Tender, certified by the Irish Nature brand.
• Delicious, natural, sustainable, lower in saturated fats (a cause of heart disease), high in heart healthy omega 3 fatty acids, high in vitamin E & vitamin B, high in minerals, calcium, magnesium and potassium, and always ultra-tender.
• Prior to dispatch all vacuum packed Irish Nature premium beef is carefully matured in our temperature controlled chillers for a minimum of 28 days.   This ensures that the full flavor is unlocked before delivery to our distribution partners. 
• Organic.

How do we use this product?

Thawing:  Take the steak out of the bag.  Place it in a dish covered with cling film and let thaw for 6 hours.

Cooking:  For rare, place the meat in a hot pan with a little oil or on the grill and cook over high heat for 1-2 minutes on each side. For medium, cook over high heat for 1 minute on each side then cook over medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side.

Storage: 24 hours in the refrigerator, in a suitable dish.  3 days in the chiller of the refrigerator.  3 days in the chiller of the refrigerator.
