Boutinot La Fleur Solitaire | Côtes du Rhône Blanc 2024Boutinot La Fleur Solitaire is a fresh, medium bodied white Cotes du Rhne made from traditional southern Rhne white grape varieties sourced from vineyards in the southern Rhne. Each parcel of grapes is picked separately in the cooler early morning, then gently pressed within hours of harvesting and fermented at a low temperature. A base of Grenache Blanc is blended with Viognier and co fermented pairs of Roussanne Marsanne and Bourboulenc Clairette.

The nose is delicate, with a waft of fennel tops and hints of hedgerow flowers. The flavours are nuanced and refined rather than overt. Careful use of oak adds texture and structure without masking the freshness of this very drinkable white.
