How to Use:

1. Remove excess water from your hair and ensure it is towel-dried before starting.

2. Prep your hair with GHD Sleek Talker for optimal results.

3. Slide the power button upwards to turn on your GHD Duet Styler. After a few seconds, the fan will ramp up as it heats to the ideal temperature for wet hair. Once the light stops flashing and you hear a beep, the tool is ready to use.

4. Divide your hair into manageable 2-inch sections, no wider than the plates.

5. Take one section and place the Duet Style close to the roots, pausing for 3 seconds.

6. Glide the tool down the section slowly and steadily toward the ends. Repeat until the section is dry, and continue with the next section, starting again at the roots.

7. Once your hair is fully dry, for an additional shine boost, activate Shine Shot™. Press and hold the Shine Shot™ button for 4 seconds until you hear a beep. Then use the Duet Style as a flat iron on dry hair for a sleek, shiny finish.

Standard Shipping (1-7 days): Flat Rate of $7.49 for any purchase under $55.00. FREE for orders over $55.00. Delivery is made by USPS.

UPS Ground (1-5 business days): Flat Rate of $12.50 for any purchase under $55.00. Orders between $55 and $100 it is a $5.00 Upgrade. Orders over $100 receive FREE UPS Ground Shipping.

Returns:

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. You must first contact us to receive a return authorization number before making a return. Unauthorized returns will be refused.

Refunds can be obtained within 30 days of purchase for any unused merchandise, EXCEPT ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES, in its original purchase condition and packaging.

Image Beauty does not provide refunds on electrical appliances (blow dryers, flat irons, etc..). Appliances are eligible for store credit in the form of a gift certificate, or exchange only within 30 days of purchase.

Used product, if still in reasonable condition, can be returned for exchange or credit within 30 days of purchase.
