Strategic use of influence is key in this game. Use your influence as currency to play powerful cards and sway votes, all while accumulating points. Negotiation is crucial as you navigate alliances, eliminate threats, and outmaneuver rivals to dominate your faction.
Deduction is vital as you uncover the hidden motives of others to shift the balance of power. The game consists of five rounds, with the possibility of a Pope being crowned at the end of each round, triggering final scoring. If no Pope is elected after five rounds, the game concludes with the final score tallied.
