How to use
Adults: Take 1 capsule, 1–3 times daily, with meals, or as directed by your practitioner. If sensitive, start with 1 capsule daily and build up. Use consistently for 8–12 weeks.
Ingredients — per capsule
Curcumin (from turmeric (Curcuma longa) extract) — 500 mg
BioPerine® (black pepper extract, standardized to piperine) — 5 mg
Other ingredients: hypoallergenic plant fiber (cellulose); vegetarian capsule (cellulose, water).
