The Smart BatteryProtect disconnects the battery from non-essential loads before it is completely discharged (which would damage the battery) or before it has insufficient power left to crank the engine.

When using Bluetooth to program the Smart BatteryProtect any required engage/disengage levels can be set. Alternatively one of nine predefined engage/disengage levels can be set with the programming pin (see manual). If required Bluetooth can be disabled.

The Smart BatteryProtect is not designed for reverse currents from charging sources.

Features

Protects the battery against excessive discharge and can be used as a system on/off switch: The Smart BatteryProtect disconnects the battery from non-essential loads before it is completely discharged (which would damage the battery) or before it has insufficient power left to crank the engine. The on/off input can be used as a system on/off switch.

Bluetooth: programming made easy: When using Bluetooth to program the Smart BatteryProtect any required engage/disengage levels can be set. Alternatively one of nine predefined engage/disengage levels can be set with the programming pin (see manual). If required Bluetooth can be disabled.

A special setting for Li-ion batteries: In this mode the BatteryProtect can be controlled by the VE.Bus BMS

Ultra-low current consumption: This is important in case of Li-ion batteries especially after low voltage shutdown.

Over voltage protection: To prevent damage to sensitive loads due to over voltage the load is disconnected whenever the DC voltage exceeds 16.3V respectively 32.6V.

Ignition proof: No relays but MOSFET switches and therefore no sparks.

Delayed alarm output: The alarm output is activated if the battery voltage drops below the preset disconnect level during more than 12 seconds. Starting the engine will therefore not activate the alarm. The alarm output is a short circuit proof open collector output to the negative (minus) rail max. current 50 mA. The alarm output is typically used to activate a buzzer LED or relay.

Delayed load disconnect and delayed reconnect: The load will be disconnected 90 seconds after the battery voltage drops below the preset level. If the battery voltage increases again to the connect threshold within this time period (after the engine has been started for example) the load will not be disconnected. The load will be reconnected 30 seconds after the battery voltage has increased to more than the preset reconnect voltage.

A 5 star WIN - such a soft, so fluffy, perfect cloud duvet comforter that feels expensive but isn't. Like sleeping in a cloud.
My fiance' and I both had king size duvets - mine from Ikea, down alternative, a few years old, and I'm not sure where his was from, but his was true goose down/feathers. After going away for the weekend to stay at a lovely vacation home, we got a bit spoiled with the comfortable bed and great linens there, so when we came home we decided it was time for a bed makeover. Since I love to research, I spent hours scouring Amazon for something that looked like it was actually a great comforter at a great price. This duvet is everything we wanted and more. Oh my GOSH...it is SO fluffy. SO soft. It's my marshmallow cloud comforter. The inside fill has a silky soft feeling to it when you press on it - it sort of slides in your hands when you touch it, like the fill has a light, silky feel to it Even when I sit on the end of the bed to do something, I can feel how comfortable it is to just even sit on. It makes our old duvets seem pathetic, like something you'd go camp with. This duvet is as nice as the bedding we had where we stayed in our vacation home. It feels like it has medium weight, but it's warm - quite warm for the weight. We keep it cool in our home at night so for us it's perfect. The material is so soft. We covered it immediately with a beautiful cover because we want to keep it in perfect condition. I also notice that even though both of our old duvets were king size, this one (also a king) just seems bigger. Our bed is a queen and the king size fits perfectly over it, it drapes over the sides just far enough. Also, my fiance' likes to roll up in his covers when he sleeps. He has plenty of room to do that without taking any of the duvet from my side. :) Verdict - it's amazing, I feel like a princess sleeping under this duvet. It's amazing for this price, amazing. All 3 of us give it 5 stars - me, fiance' and our cat who now won't get off of our bed. Someone mentioned that it doesn't have loops on the corners. That's true, it doesn't, but you can always sew those on if you want to. I found a kit for that on amazon too. But trust me, this comforter is worth sewing loops if you really want them. However, like others, we haven't found that the comforter moves or shifts in the duvet cover at all. It stays very well, better than any of my old comforters did, and I've had a few. Perhaps it's the loft that keeps it in place so well. I'll check back in after some time to let you know if if stays nice.
