Our Non-Resonated Downpipes eliminate an additional set of resonators from the car, to produce a louder and deeper tone to the exhaust note. All versions of our S5 4.2L Exhaust System come with 90mm (3.5 inch) slash-cut Tips, available in standard Chrome Silver or AWE's Diamond Black finishes. The tips sport engraved AWE logos and are double walled to ensure a mirror polish, even under hard usage. Each tip is individually adjustable, so stagger and depth into bumper can be set according to personal taste. Please note that this is a loud system and buyers should be aware. Works perfect for BMW S63 engine.
I used this to change the oil on my BMW M8 with the S63 engine. It was a perfect fit. It extended far enough onto the filter housing to be quite secure with no risk of slipping off and stripping the housing. It was snug on the housing and did not bind up due to having a loose fit. The tool feels well-built and I suspect it will outlive me given my occasional personal use. It would still probably hold up well even for daily shop use as long as it was not abused (repeatedly dropped, slammed around, etc).
