Freeze dried to retain freshness and flavour, these pouches have a shelf life up to 5 years! Each pouch contains 450kcal, making them great as a quick snack or a side along side a main meal. 

To prepare, open the pouch and remove the oxygen absorber. Slowly add hot water as indicated on the label. Stir as you pour, close the pouch and wait 5 minutes for the food to rehydrate. Stir again and enjoy your meal straight out of the pouch.
