Description: The FXtra is a compact flash gels holder that includes red, blue and yellow special effects gels, and an assortment of green and CTO (color temperature orange) gels required to balance your flash for both fluorescent and incandescent environments, as well as the daylight for which your flash is balanced. It also accommodates the Strobist® collection and both Lee and Rosco gels samples. Any LumiQuest accessory (and many other brands) can be attached while the FXtra is in place allowing you to colorize the light while using a variety of light modifiers.

Application: To colorize the light easily with or without other LumiQuest accessories in place.

Compatibility: Unless otherwise noted, all LumiQuest accessories fit most standard bounce flashes. If in doubt, email us.

Note: While the FXtra is designed to leave a 1/8th cooling space between the flash and device, rapid fire flashing is not recommended.

Attachment: Ships with our industry leading UltraStrap.

This is highly functional, and I can pull out a tissue with one hand and not be concerned the box will come with it. Even though it looks like leather, it’s plastic and will make it easy to clean and wipe dust off without needing leather conditioner.

Does not fit Costco size Kleenex boxes

I use this holder exclusively for loose tissues. Do not order this if you want to use it with the Costco size tissue boxes, they won't fit. This fact doesn't bother me though, because I have other tissue holders for that purpose. Sometimes when the Kleenex box is getting low, taking a tissue does not reliably pull out the next tissue with it. To avoid this, I throw away the box and then interleave the loose tissues together with those already in this holder. That way i can put a full box of Costco tissues in my other holders and have problem free access to the previously troublesome tissues. I also really like the storage compartments that are built into this holder. They are very handy for remote controls, lip balm, ponytail holders, etc.
