Precision made, replacement titanium billet, handle scales designed to specifically retrofit the popular 58mm SAK "Classic SD". These high grade premium scales are press fit permanent replacements for the factory plastic scales. Carefully machined on a CNC, these titanium scales are a premium upgrade mod. Featuring our dive-watch grade GID dot inlay and our signature fullered pattern in the scales.
Our 58mm Ti-SAK Scales feature our signature glow dot, 5 fuller pattern machined into the scales, the toothpick slot and the tweezer slot, as found in the 58mm Mini Classic SD model.


Please note that these are intended as a permanent replacement for the factory scales. These are precisely machined to match the brass ferrules of a 58mm SAK and will easily press fit into place by hand, or vice or clamps with a piece of leather to pad the jaws. We highly recommend a tiny dab of super glue gel inside each pocket of the titanium scales. DO NOT over glue as you may potentially obstruct the toothpick or tweezer slots.


Modification of your 58mm type SAK with these titanium scales are done so at your own risk. This is a home DIY modification. Install with caution, know what you are doing, know how to operate a vice or clamps safely. Prometheus Design Werx, INC is not to be held responsible for any damage to your SAK and the titanium scales during installation. Please click here for step by step installation instructions of the 91mm version but the process is very similar (sans pocket clip section).
