This painting is one of my personal favorites. I love green tones combined with shades of orange. The artwork makes me happy, and I truly enjoyed painting it.

It is an abstract painting, and abstract art is probably the style I love working in the most. However, it is also more challenging to create a truly strong abstract piece than a more realistic or what is often called a classical art style. In abstract painting, the combination of colors needs to be powerful and well balanced.

When I paint, it is really the color combinations I am searching for. The motif itself is secondary. It gradually emerges, as I never sketch beforehand or work from references. My art comes entirely from within me and from the feeling of the moment.
