The MikroTik CRS354-48P-4S+2Q+RM is a high-density PoE Cloud Router Switch designed for large access-layer deployments that require significant power delivery and high-capacity uplinks. With 48 Gigabit PoE ports, 10G SFP+ uplinks, and 40G QSFP+ connectivity, it is built for enterprise, campus, and service environments where performance and scalability matter.

Where the CRS354 is commonly used

  • Enterprise and campus access switching
  • Large PoE deployments powering access points, cameras, and VoIP
  • High-density edge switching with 10G or 40G uplinks to core
  • Warehouses, education, and multi-floor installations

All 48 Gigabit Ethernet ports support multiple PoE output options, including passive PoE, low-voltage PoE, and IEEE 802.3af/at (PoE and PoE+), with automatic detection. The integrated 750 W power supply delivers ample PoE capacity for high-density device deployments, making the CRS354 suitable for powering large numbers of access points, cameras, and IP devices.

The CRS354 includes four 10G SFP+ ports and two 40G QSFP+ ports for high-speed aggregation or core connectivity. With a non-blocking throughput of 168 Gbps, switching capacity of 336 Gbps, and a forwarding rate of up to 235 Mpps, it is capable of handling demanding traffic loads across large networks.

The switch supports dual-boot operation, allowing administrators to choose between RouterOS or SwOS. SwOS provides a simplified interface focused on switching tasks, while RouterOS enables advanced routing, VLANs, and Layer 3 functionality when required.

Housed in a 1U rack-mountable enclosure, the CRS354 is designed for installation in network closets and data rooms. An included cable-management bracket helps keep large PoE deployments organized and serviceable.

  • 48 × Gigabit Ethernet PoE ports
  • Supports 802.3af/at, passive PoE, and low-voltage PoE
  • 4 × 10G SFP+ uplink ports
  • 2 × 40G QSFP+ uplink ports
  • 750 W integrated power supply
  • RouterOS or SwOS dual-boot support
  • Non-blocking switching architecture
  • 1U rack-mountable design

Tissot Gentleman checks the boxes!
For the price point the Tissot Gentleman Powermatic 80 Silicium checked all the boxes. It is Swiss, 40 mm(good size for average to large wrist), allows for multiple wrist straps/bands and sapphire crystal... one thing to note is the dial color is not grey but anthracite so it is closer to black. However I knew this from Tissot website and this is why I purchased it. I switched out the metal bracelet/band(which I recommend buying) with a brown band....looks great so would a grey. The vendor was reliable and I recommend the watch for purchase. Be careful when selecting dial color. The blue and anthracite are close to black. There is a silver.

Accuracy beyond belief!
This watch houses ETA's newest entry level movement [C07.111] Powermatic 80. It is so accurate it shows up as one solid line on my Otto Frei Timegrapher! And its seconds per day readings are 0 and +1 throughout the entire reading. Only two things stop this beauty from getting 5 starts. First, as pretty as it is it is still just average when compared to similarly priced watches. Secondly, the pallet fork and balance is made as a throw away module and basically non repairable. It is made of a plastic material and to date has no history to go by in determining longevity. For the money buy it! For the collector give it a few more years of study...
