  • MOTOR PROTECTION SYSTEM - if the pump detects the motor is clogged or jammed the motor protection system will pause and display, "motor jammed, clean impeller, clean rotor". When the clogging has been removed the pump can safely restart
  • RUN DRY PROTECTION SYSTEM - the run dry protection system detects insufficient water; the pump will pause, and a warning will be displayed, the pump will automatically restart when the water level is safe again
  • SOFT START TO REDUCE WEAR - on initial start up the controller will gradually increase the power supplied to the pump to it's pre-set power position, in turn gradually increasing the flow rate. This reduces pump wear and reduces stress on pipework and filters fitted to the system, decreasing the risk of leaks or damage
