1960年代のCOROのフラワーモチーフのイヤリング。ゴールドトーンメタルで、花が立体的に表現された作品です。

花びらの内部、縁、外側、葉・・と部位によって異なるテクスチャーや模様が施されており、全体的に艶を抑えた質感の中で、花びらの縁と花の中心部のみが光沢を帯びています。その繊細な細工により、同色のメタルのみで作られた花に美しい奥行きが生まれています。

また、花と葉が曲線的に表現されている一方で、花の中心部分は直線と球体で幾何学的な雰囲気があります。有機的な曲線と無機的な直線がひとつになった、そのアンバランスな美しさも魅力的。

身に纏えば、耳元にゴールドの薔薇の花が咲いたよう。お顔周りにクラシカルな華やぎを添えてくれる一品です。
