When is the best time of day to take Rest and Restore™?

I generally recommend my Rest and Restore™ formula be taken on an empty stomach, anywhere between 1 hour and 30 minutes before your ideal bedtime. This is the best time to take it if you are using it to support a healthy night’s rest, to help reestablish your circadian rhythm, or to help recover from ‘jet lag.’ Some people even choose to take Rest and Restore™ as needed during the day to aid relaxation. Keep in mind that because it may make some people drowsy, you should not take Rest and Restore™ before driving a vehicle or operating heavy machinery.

Is Rest and Restore™ safe for children to use?

While none of the ingredients in Rest and Restore™ are specifically contraindicated for children, I recommend speaking with your child’s qualified healthcare provider before supplementing with Rest and Restore™ so that they may take into account your child’s age, weight, health history, prescription medications, and any other factor that may need to be considered before starting supplementation.

Can pregnant women and nursing mothers safely use Rest and Restore™?

Again, none of the ingredients in my Rest and Restore™ formula are specifically contraindicated for pregnant women and nursing mothers, however I always recommend speaking with your healthcare provider before supplementation so that they may take your full health history and unique circumstances into account when making the decision whether or not to supplement with Rest and Restore™ while pregnant or nursing.
