Use Use once or twice a week, by massaging a generous amount onto the face and neck for 2 minutes then remove with warm water. Ideal to use in the shower. Note: For aggravated acne skin with papules, pustules, nodules and cysts it is important not to exfoliate and to treat the skin gently so the sebum glands are not over-stimulated
