How does it work
- Ami is not just one Kegel exercise element, but three at the same time: a very complete system to tone the pelvic floor. We have analyzed the best medical and pleasure products on the market to create a personalized training program, which is much more fun than going to the gym.
- Ami 1 is a simple ball, the largest and lightest of the trio. We recommend starting with this ball if you are untrained, or if you have never done Kegel exercises (contracting the vaginal muscles) or if you have just had children.
- Ami 2 is a double ball, longer and heavier than Ami 1.
- If you started with Ami 1 and notice that you hold it without any effort, it is time to move on to Ami 2. It is also recommended for women with some vaginal toning, who can skip the first ball and go directly to Ami 2.
- Ami 3, although the smallest in size, is the heaviest, the last stage of the program for experienced women.
- Beginners should start with Ami 1, and progressively switch to training with Ami 2 and Ami 3, as the vaginal walls become smoother and tighter. We recommend wearing Ami 2 to 3 times a week for about 20 minutes to start, and gradually increase the frequency.

Too firm throughout, but no support

I like the feel of the fabric but it's honestly not comfortable for me. The stuffing makes the pillow way too firm and I wake up with sore neck muscles. I do appreciate the body length, (I am 5'3) and it's comfortable for a little while, but not for the whole night. Especially because I have to get up multiple times to use the bathroom, and this pillow just gets in the way. I decided to just use three different pillows for my head, my legs and my arms/back at all different firmness so I get the support I need. If you are able to deal with the firmness of the pillow throughout, this might be a good option for you.
I also ordered the cooling option and this does not help keep me cool at night. Even with the AC on and the fan running. It sleeps hot. I ended up storing it back in its vacuumed sealed bag and put it away.

Who Says Pregnancy Pillows Are Just for Pregnancy?

I bought this pregnancy pillow even though I’m not pregnant, and I have zero regrets!
This thing is incredibly comfortable and provides support in all the right places. Whether I’m sleeping, reading, listening to an audiobook, or just relaxing in bed, it helps me get comfortable and stay comfortable.
I love being able to hug one side while supporting my back with the other. It feels like being surrounded by pillows without having to constantly rearrange them throughout the night.
The only downside is that it takes up a decent amount of bed space, but honestly, that’s a sacrifice I’m willing to make. My family may disagree. 😆
If you’re considering this pillow but aren’t pregnant, don’t let the name stop you. Comfort is for everyone!

Pretty, but very practical.

The color was exactly what I expected from the photo. It arrived in an unbelievably small package, but expanded quickly once I opened the bag. I waited the recommended 24 hours to be sure it was done. I am pleased that the length is a perfect fit, and I like that it comes up to the back of my neck when I'm sitting in bed. It is a bit softer than I originally imagined, but not so soft that I feel like I'm sinking through it. It's very pleasantly supportive. The fabric is like a soft ribbed corduroy with piping along the outer seam. It looks nice. Both ends have a pocket that is barely noticeable, but is the perfect size to keep your phone close by. I'm temporarily homebound and spending a lot of time sitting in bed, so I'm very glad I invested in this pillow for comfort and convenience. If you ever have trouble with pillows working their way under the edge of the headboard, and into the dusty space between the headboard and the wall, consider this problem solved.

Measure your bed and space, I did and ordered the perfect fit!

Love this wedge pillow. I bought it for our boat stateroom bed. It fits perfectly as beds on a boat are always odd sizes. It is very comfortable allows me to sit up in bed to read. Also keeps our bed pillows from sliding back. Good quality, color and size.

Comfy, Supportive, and Great for Lounging in Bed
This wedge-style headboard pillow has made sitting up in bed much more comfortable. The shape offers full upper-back support, with just the right amount of firmness to keep you propped upright without feeling stiff. It’s especially helpful for reading or watching shows in bed, and it stays in place well against a flat headboard.
The purple color is rich and vibrant in person, and the removable cover is soft to the touch with a smooth finish. We really appreciated that the cover zips off easily and can be machine washed—it held its shape and color after laundering. The pillow also has a nice weight to it, so it doesn’t feel flimsy or slide down easily.
This is a great addition for anyone who likes spending time sitting up in bed, whether for reading, working, or relaxing. It also doubles nicely as a decorative accent when the bed is made. The quality feels solid, and the size works well across the width of a queen bed without overwhelming the space. Id say it is ok for the price. It does retain warmth though
