WINEMAKERS NOTES
This Shiraz is deep garnet in colour and has a complex nose of black fruits supported by toasty, cedar oak and hints of spice. The palate is rich and silky with lovely velvety tannins. Taste layers of blackberry, mulberry and plum with hints of dark chocolate. A long, refined finish with cedar oak notes. This wine that will age well.
Enjoy with Roast duck with burnt mandarin and rosemary or lamb cutlets with mint jelly.
