EVO- Waterborne Retarder (1G)SOL 0090 Retarder: To improve flow and leveling or to assist with coalescing at lower temperatures, use SOL 0090 at levels not to exceed 4% by volume (5 oz per gallon). Maximum VOC when adding retarder as specified is < 275 grams per liter. SOL 0090 is used specifically for increasing the open time of waterborne coatings.
