The wine offers intriguing aromatics of saline, dried yellow stone fruit, baking spice, and honey, while the vibrant, savory palate unfolds with dried apricot, candied orange zest, aromatic herb, tobacco, and candied ginger supported by racy acidity and a flinty mineral backbone.
