Cooking it at home
Burgers like the grill hot and the lid down — three minutes a side, cheese on at the end. Sausages on a cooler part of the grill, turning every couple of minutes. Corn ribs love a quick char. Toast the brioche cut-side down for ten seconds before assembly.
