Of all the black caps, Essentia is my favorite brand. I love the strong, sturdy bottles, and prefer the larger size to help me remember to hydrate. Most people don't feel like water has affects like coffee or energy drinks, but this water is clean and provides me with a boost of alertness. In terms of the value, I think it's definitely overpriced. I don't believe water should come at such a high price, yet I still pay for this brand because of the taste, the enjoyment, my energy levels and how clean it tastes going down. And it doesn't make me ill. If you're new to understanding water, pH balances, and how water is different based on how it is processed, give this a try and experience the difference of it's effectiveness.
