MLS gaskets have increased strength because they are comprised of multiple layers of stainless steel; which also creates the ability to rebound and resist corrosion. The outer layers are embossed and coated on both sides with Viton (a flour elastomer rubber based material that is heat resistant to 250 C/ 482 F). Viton is designed to meet the demands of a variety of harsh sealing environments, load conditions, and surface finishes. This jerky is hands down the best flavor and tenderness I’ve ever had from a bag of jerky. Honestly do yourself a favor and don’t open the bag unless you’re committed to eating the whole bag in one sitting.

Tasty treat in single serve packs! My new favorite snack
Set name: Baby Blues BBQ, 2 Ounce Pack of 8
A friend recommended the Righteous Felon Beef Jerky, so I decided to give it a try.
The Baby Blues BBQ is the perfect balance of BBQ with a hit of hot. It's not overwhelming and doesn't make you run for a glass of water, but just enough to add flavor. The texture of the beef is the right balance between tender, jerky and not dried out or tough. Just right.
I am glad that each packet is a single serving because it's easy to enjoy a small bag by one's self.
Packaging is cute.
I wikk be trying a number of the other flavors as soon as I finish these, which will be quite soon at the rate I'm going. Haha
It's a nice treat.
