MLS gaskets have increased strength because they are comprised of multiple layers of stainless steel; which also creates the ability to rebound and resist corrosion. The outer layers are embossed and coated on both sides with Viton (a flour elastomer rubber based material that is heat resistant to 250 C/ 482 F). Viton is designed to meet the demands of a variety of harsh sealing environments, load conditions, and surface finishes. Not EXACT fit 2020 Honda Civic
Got this to replace cabin air filter on 2020 Honda Civic Sport, as it said it was a direct fit…
It does fit but not perfectly! Holding it next to the filter you can see the size difference, with the original being slightly longer.
I noticed a whistling sound from the AC at full blast right after install. I believe this noise is caused by the small gap left in the retainer box with the slightly smaller filter. Luckily it is not incredibly loud, but it’s still there.
The quality of filtration seems to be much better than stock filter, but the fitment not exact for vehicles mentioned above.

Good engine filter at a fair price
Worked for my 2018 Honda CR-V. Arrived quickly. Make sure you check the shape of your filter before ordering. I originally ordered a rectangular filter that Amazon said would work for my car. I was able to return it and order the correct one.
