The blade is blunt.

It is done from 100% bronze, it has two wooden parts on a handle. Quite heavy for its size!
In some places it can have some other color shadows as a result of bronze oxidization (confirmation that it is from a pure bronze).

Some historical info:
The Khopesh (also given as Khepesh) sword was cast entirely of bronze and the handle then wound with hide and cloth and, with more expensive blades, ornamented. This curved sword was much more effective than any the Egyptians had used in the past. The war chariot, manned by archers with the new composite bow and a large quiver attached to the side, would prove one of Egypt's most significant military assets, and the battle axe, made of bronze attached to a haft, was far more effective than the flint or copper axes bound to wooden shafts in the past. The slicing axe is probably the only weapon which Hyksos technology could not improve upon.
Khopesh sword has a typical length of 57.5 cm. It dates to the New Kingdom, 19th Dynasty, reign of Ramesses II, ca. 1279-1213 BC.

WAY OF PRODUCTION
The way how it was created: we combine traditional blacksmith techniques, perfected over hundreds of years of experimentation and development , with modern forms and methods to produce beautifully distinct pieces of functional art. Each piece is forged at extremely high temperature and hammered by hand. Pliable when glowing hot, the bronze is shaped into graceful, flowing forms. In our world of high technology, there is a distinct place for organic forms and hand-wrought metal design elements.
