About the Winery: Domaine des Quatre Piliers is located in Noyers-sur-Cher in the Loire Valley . It belongs to Valentin Desloges , son of a Touraine winemaker. He trained with renowned estates: Vincent Sipp in Alsace, Château Mangot in Saint-Emilion, Thierry and Paul Pillot in Chassagne-Montrachet and Raphäel Coche at Coche-Dury in Meursault. His 10-hectare vineyard is divided into 25 plots, worked like small gardens and converted to organic farming . Passionate about the impact of barrels and trained in various wine-growing regions in complementary aging practices, Valentin Desloges dries the oak staves for a few years before supervising the manufacturing process of his custom-made barrels. This is part of a virtuous circle of production, in osmosis with the eco-responsible approach of Les Quatre Piliers
