PRODUCT DETAILS

Hybrid Racing Slave Cylinder – Fits K-Series Applications

Improve your clutch performance and shifting feel with the Hybrid Racing Slave Cylinder, a high-quality upgrade that eliminates the factory clutch delay valve. Built using an OE-quality Miyako brand slave cylinder, this component provides faster, smoother gear changes—especially during high-RPM or aggressive driving situations where stock components may cause grind-prone shifts.

This upgraded clutch slave cylinder is a direct-fit replacement for the following vehicles: 2002-2004 Acura RSX Base & Type-S, 2004-2008 Acura TSX, 2003-2007 Honda Accord, 2002-2005 Honda Civic Si, 2002-2006 Honda CR-V, 2003-2010 Honda Element, and 2001-2004 Honda Integra Type-R. It’s specifically engineered to fit most K-series transmissions including K20A, K20A2, K20A3, K20Z1, and K24A2, A4, A8, Z4. For vehicles outside the listed fitments, a custom clutch line may be required due to the altered clutch line angle.

By removing the delay valve found in many factory slave cylinders (such as those in K20Z1 and K20Z3-equipped models), the Hybrid Racing Slave Cylinder offers more direct pedal feedback, quicker engagement, and more accurate clutch control. It’s the perfect upgrade for anyone serious about performance driving, track days, or simply improving the reliability and responsiveness of their Honda or Acura clutch system.

Key Features:

  • OE-quality Miyako slave cylinder construction
  • Eliminates clutch delay valve for improved shifting response
  • Designed for most K-series manual transmissions
  • Direct fit for popular Acura and Honda K-series models
  • May require a custom clutch line depending on vehicle

Direct Fit Applications:

  • 2002-2004 Acura RSX Base & Type-S
  • 2004-2008 Acura TSX
  • 2003-2007 Honda Accord

  • 2002-2006 Honda CR-V
  • 2003-2010 Honda Element

A Lungful of Freedom
Size: 9.7" x 9.3" x 1.8"
Dateline: The Passenger-Side Footwell of a Toyota Venza, Sunday Night. We spend our lives in sealed metal boxes, hurtling through a thick, invisible soup of our own collective filth. A foul cocktail of exhaust fumes, road dust, tire particles, and whatever strange, pollen-based miasma the world decides to throw at us on any given day. To breathe that poison in, unfiltered, is an act of slow, unwitting suicide. You need a line of defense. A gatekeeper for your own lungs. Enter the Bosch 6055C HEPA Cabin Air Filter. It is not a glamorous part. It is not a performance upgrade that adds horsepower or prestige. It is a simple, pleated rectangle of paper and charcoal, a humble guardian destined to live out its days in a dark plastic cave behind your glovebox. But its mission is a noble one. The replacement process is a moment of pure, unadulterated, five-minute victory over the dealership's service department. You pop open the glovebox, you unclip the old filter tray, and you pull out the old soldier. And what you find is a horror show. A grey, matted testament to the unseen war it has been fighting on your behalf, choked with leaves, dirt, and the ghosts of a thousand diesel trucks. It is the face of the enemy. You unwrap the new Bosch filter. It feels solid, well-made. The pleats are clean and numerous. I laid it side-by-side with the outgoing Denso filter—a brand that supplies the automakers themselves—and I could find no meaningful difference. The quality was equal. The construction, robust. This was no flimsy, cut-rate pretender. This was a serious piece of hardware from a serious company. You slide the clean, white Bosch into the tray, snap it back into its dark little home, and close the glovebox. The deed is done. You have performed a life-saving transplant on your vehicle's respiratory system in less time than it takes to listen to a single pop song. And the value… the value is the sweet, sweet punchline. For a fraction of what a dealership would charge you for the same simple service, you have installed a top-tier, HEPA-grade filter from one of the most respected names in the business. You have guaranteed yourself a clean, breathable bubble of personal space as you navigate the toxic jungle of the modern roadway. This is not just a filter; it's a small, affordable act of rebellion. It’s a declaration that you, and you alone, are the master of the air you breathe. It is a simple, effective, and profoundly satisfying piece of gear. Highly recommended.

Great Upgrade to your Cabin Filter. Fits 2018 Subaru Outback
Size: 9.7" x 9.3" x 1.8"
This is a great filter upgrade to your cabin filter. This is better than the Subi standard part. Fits my Subaru outback. NOTE: Subi marks their filter with an 'up' arrow; however, this filter is marked with a 'airflow' direction. Direction of air flow is toward the blower motor so it will point downward when you install it.

Air flow direction
Size: 9.7" x 9.3" x 1.8"
Good product. Fits fine. This is not a Toyota part so Air Flow Arrows on filter should face down in a 2015 Toyota Rav4.
