MLS gaskets are ideal for both aluminum heads to aluminum blocks and aluminum heads to cast iron blocks. They can withstand the shearing force created by the two materials. MLS gaskets have increased strength because they are comprised of multiple layers of stainless steel; which also creates the ability to rebound and resist corrosion. The outer layers are embossed and coated on both sides with Viton (a flour elastomer rubber based material that is heat resistant to 250 C/ 482 F). Viton is designed to meet the demands of a variety of harsh sealing environments, load conditions, and surface finishes. Made My Bumper Look Brand New Again

I used this on the plastic trim and bumper on my truck, and I’m honestly impressed with how it turned out. The faded areas came back to a deep, rich black and really cleaned up the whole look of the rear end.
I prepped everything the right way by washing it first with an all purpose cleaner, then wiping it down with 91% alcohol. I also taped off the surrounding paint and chrome just to be safe. After that, the application was simple and went on smooth without any streaks or blotchy spots.
The difference was immediate. What used to look dull and worn now looks factory-fresh again. It also seems to bond well and not just sit on the surface like some cheaper products I’ve tried before.
Overall, this was easy to use, gave great results, and made a noticeable improvement. I would definitely use it again on other trim pieces.

This stuff is awesome. It’s very easy to apply, just make sure the plastic application area is clean but don’t worry about taking too much time to clean the area as long as it’s clean and dry. Made my ‘19 Pilot look brand new.

glossy finish for faded black plastics

I have already used this product before and the results were very nice. If you don't mind a glossy finish, this product will bring those old black plastics back to life. You get several mess free applicators in the box. The product dries quickly and will last about a year or so, in my experience.
