Crafted to meet Mustaine's meticulous standards, the Epiphone Dave Mustaine Flying V Prophecy features a Flying V body shape made of mahogany and crowned with an epic AAA flame maple veneer top. The visually striking body, finished in an Aged Dark Red Burst, gives way to an equally impressive mahogany neck. The neck features Dave's custom “D” artist profile, designed for precision and speed, and is fitted with an ebony fingerboard with 24 jumbo frets, offering endless possibilities for riffs and solos.
When it comes to sound, this V truly stands out with its pair of custom-voiced Fishman Fluence pickups. These innovative pickups offer three distinct tones - a warm vintage humbucker, a hot modern humbucker, and a shimmering optimized single-coil sound.
