Active Autowerke's Engineers have spent countless amount of years fine tuning the E39 BMW M5 tuning software. With countless revisions and updates being made through our Race and Forced Induction program we have been able to bring this upgrades to the street. Whether you enjoy you car as a daily driver or enjoy the weekend track outings our E39 BMW M5 software tune will be able to accommodate your needs.

With careful, detailed remapping to the entire DME we have been able to increase your BMW M5's output by 16 HP and 12 ft lbs of torque for a normal street car. We also have different upgrades available for off road use like top speed limit removal, 02 Simulation, etc.

The Active Autowerke upgraded E39 M5 software tune is designed to operate with gasoline that has an average octane rating with full emissions to create a clean burning combustion with good AFR’s all within factory specifications.

Software Purchase Options: - When you purchase software you have 3 options to acquire it.
1) Locate an Active Autowerke Flash station equipped dealer near you and have it installed there.
2) Purchase a Simon tool and install the software yourself. Very useful if additional software upgrades are needed in the future.
3) Remove and mail Active Autowerke your ECU and we will install the software. Same day turnaround on all software with free 2nd day air to lower 48 states. See Tech Support for details on removal and mailing of ECU.

Helped to improve combustion in 12 year old Mercruiser 3.0L engine

I used the whole bottle in 1/2 tank of questionable gasoline from used boat from dealership, with no idea what mixture of gas water and particulates was in the gas tank in this 12 year old boat. The dealer started up the boat, and it was taking a minute to get the idle going. He mentioned that the gas was a few months old, but I am guessing that is was more like 6 months old. This is the TKS engine, self priming. I think some water / condensate was in the tank. Before taking out to first trip, I added bottle and 5 gallons fresh gas. That trip to the lake, I still has some issues getting it to start easily. Ran OK, not great that day, went home, changed cap and rotor and wires. Next trip, 1 week later, the 3.0L started great, ran great, I am not sure if it took some hours to fully mix and interact with the old gas, neutralize the water, and perform it's reactions, before it made existing gas more combustible, but that is what it seemed like to me. ***UPDATE**** - I had strange fuel issues the next season after using this product. I had to replace the fuel pump and many other fuel delivery components including the carburetor. Not sure if this contributed to the fuel system failing, the long term effects outweigh the short term gains.
