The seventh coin in the Royal Canadian Mint's exciting new 2014 O Canada series focusing on iconic Canadian images celebrates the rich heritage of ranching and the cowboy lifestyle in western Canada.
The arresting reverse design by Canadian artist Bernie Brown presents a Canadian cowboy on horseback surveying the land west of Okotoks, Alberta-in the Rocky Mountain foothills south of Calgary. Standing on a grassy hillside in the left foreground, the cowboy and his mount are viewed in profile from their right sides. The cowboy wears the characteristic cowboy hat and fringed suede breeches of his profession and sits high in the saddle. In the middle distance behind him and on the right of the image roam a few members of the herd of cattle he is carefully watching grazing on a flat, grassy plain. Far off in the distance, looking westward, we see rolling foothills leading to the sharp, snowy peaks of the Canadian Rockies.

Best Book About Comic Book Guy EVER

You love the Simpsons!
You love Comic Book Guy!
And, well, to gain the best possible enjoyment of this book, you also love, or at least have a passing knowledge of, movies, science-fiction, pro wrestling (Rob Van Dam in ECW makes a cameo!), comics, video games, Dungeons & Dragons, and just general geek culture. And if you do, you'll LOVE this book. Sure, it seems to be the same gags just updated every few pages... but what are you expecting, Pride and Prejudice?
It's an illustrated book, it has Simpsons-esque humor, and it's an enjoyable read. Highly recommended.
